Rebuilt color editor

Choose the color, not just a preset palette

Extras now has one large editor. Select an element from the themed list on the left, then use the controls on the right. Click or drag anywhere on the wheel, adjust saturation, brightness and opacity, or enter an exact ARGB color value.

• App accent for highlights, selections, buttons, and status.
• Backgrounds and surfaces with a coordinated, readable hierarchy.
• HUD border for the Combined and Two boxes layouts.
• Start, middle, and end colors for the shared boost and tire-gauge gradient.
• An independent traction hook cue color for the Native HUD speed-digit flash.

Save the result to a profile from Appearance. Color changes affect presentation; they do not change tire calibration or telemetry calculations.

Live torque, top speed, and power peaks

Torque joins horsepower on the Wheel Speed Ready card with matching typography and restrained smoothing. Choose Nm or lb-ft. Top speed, peak power, and peak torque appear below their live readings, so you can see what the car reached without watching every change. Reset all three together, or let them reset when you change cars.

Update discovery

Know what's available before you download

Wisp can check for updates at startup, no more than once every 24 hours. This is optional, and the manual Check for updates button remains available. When a newer release is found, a Dashboard banner lets you know.

Before you confirm a download, Wisp shows a short summary from that version's GitHub release notes. The summary follows the release, so future notes do not require another app change. Downloads and installation still require confirmation; nothing installs automatically. The existing version, size, and SHA-256 checks remain in place.

Everyday controls and support

A HUD shortcut and useful bug reports

• Customizable overlay hotkey. Assign a global shortcut to show or hide the HUD without opening Wisp.
• Local debug logging. Enable it in Diagnostics to record a bounded health sample once per second. Logging stops after 24 hours, files are retained for no more than seven days, and you can export a ZIP for a GitHub issue. You decide whether to share it.
• Release Notes page. Read the changes from documented public releases directly in Wisp's sidebar.
• GitHub shortcut. Extras includes a small link to star Wisp if you find it useful.

Bug fixes and refinements

What 1.0.10 fixes

• Detached boost and tire-temperature gauges retain their saved positions across restarts and updates, including placements on secondary displays.
• Applying a profile restores the correct saved placement when changing layouts or switching between Native Digital and Native Analogue. The selected torque unit is saved and applied too.
• Expired native tachometer samples no longer repeatedly interrupt smooth RPM fallback motion when the native reader stalls.
• The traction hook cue works across Native HUD styles, and stale slip evidence is cleared after stopping.
• Color-wheel clicks and drags work throughout the wheel. Slider adjustments no longer move the selected wheel position. Very dark background choices remain visible and editable while preserving readable surfaces.
• The unstyled color dropdown is replaced by the themed element list and larger editor. The local debug logging control also matches the rest of Wisp.
• The duplicate profile-save button is removed, along with the outer border on the save confirmation dialog.
• Simultaneous debug-log actions no longer wait indefinitely.
• A failed telemetry-listener start no longer leaves UI callbacks running.
